Drinking water...

The correct timing to drink water will maximize its effectiveness to the human body.

a. 2 glass of water 30 minutes before meal will help digestion.
b. 2 glass after you wake up helps activate internal organs.
c. 1 glass before you sleep will help avoid stroke and heart attack at mid night.
d. 1glass after taking a bath helps low blood pressure.
